1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing and using the Bramwood Timber Products website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.
2. Products and Services
2.1 Product Description
We endeavor to ensure that all product descriptions and specifications are accurate. However, minor variations in timber products are natural and expected.
2.2 Custom Orders
Bespoke and custom orders are non-refundable once production has commenced. All specifications must be confirmed in writing before manufacture begins.
3. Pricing and Payment
3.1 Prices
All prices are in GBP and include VAT where applicable. Prices are subject to change without notice, but changes will not affect orders already placed.
3.2 Payment Terms
Payment is required in full before delivery unless credit terms have been agreed. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and bank transfers.
3.3 Deposits
A 50% deposit may be required for orders over £1,000. The balance is due before delivery.
4. Delivery and Installation
4.1 Delivery
Free delivery & installation are available within 30 miles of our showroom in Glynneath. Delivery charges of £2 per mile apply for locations beyond 30 miles. Please contact us for availability and current lead times, as they can vary seasonally.
4.2 Site Preparation
The customer is responsible for ensuring adequate site preparation, including level base, clear access, and any necessary planning permissions.
4.3 Risk and Title
Risk passes to the customer upon delivery. Title remains with Bramwood Timber until payment is received in full.
5. Warranties and Guarantees
5.1 Timber Guarantee
All pressure-treated timber carries a 10-year guarantee against rot and insect infestation when maintained according to our care instructions.
5.2 Workmanship
We guarantee our workmanship for 12 months from the date of installation. This does not cover damage due to misuse or lack of maintenance.
5.3 Exclusions
Natural weathering, shrinkage, and movement of timber are not covered under warranty. Modifications made by the customer void all warranties.
6. Returns and Cancellations
6.1 Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled within 48 hours of placement for a full refund. After this period, deposits are non-refundable.
6.2 Returns
Due to the bespoke nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on custom-made items. Standard items may be returned unused within 14 days.
6.3 Defects
Any defects must be reported within 7 days of delivery. We will repair or replace defective items at our discretion.
7. Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the value of the goods supplied. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or economic losses. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including images, text, and designs, is the property of Bramwood Timber Products and is protected by copyright laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
